    "On this bed, I lie down to sleep,
    To God, I give my soul to keep,
    For if I die before I wake,
    To God I give my soul to take."
    The proper time to say this prayer is when retiring to bed.
    2.
    "There are four corners in my bed.
    There are four angels to guard my head.
    St Matthew, Mark, Luke and St John.
    God bless the bed that I lie on"
    This prayer is to be said when in bed at night.
    3.
    "Caithfih me troid cun m'anama do shábháil. Ó a Tírearna Íosa dein trócaire orainn"
    This is to be said before rising in the morning.
