- Long ago the people used have only two meals a day and they were: Breakfast and supper. They used have potatoes and salt for both meals. They used have knives and spoons and enamel plates. They had no cups or saucers or forks. They used have tin mugs. They used have the table out in the middle of the floor and they used be sitting on stools that they made themselves out of the wood.
