to leave the funeral pass, but no-body else could see it.
So after a time he got sick and apparently died and he was dead for I think about twelve hours when he rose up on the table again to the great surprise of everybody, and he went about his work as usual, but not so healthy as he was before.
He could see a man or a beast at the far off side of Shehy mountain or he could see into the homes of Tipperary or Waterford and tell you what the people were doing there, and he used see lots of people that were dead and buried and he was also gifted in many ways.
The Parish Priest of Dunmanway heard all about him and I suppose he thought it was all fiction. So when He held His station in one of the local farm houses around here, and when all was over he asked was Pádraig na bPucaí here, and Pádraig answered yes, and He asked him was he in[?] the other side, and he said yes, and then he asked him what did he see there, or did he see heaven or hell, and he said yes.
Then the Priest asked him what was heaven like, and he said he could not give him much of an idea of what heaven was like, it was such a beautiful place all like shining gold.
