  1. In a field belonging to Tom Hunt, Cournameltha, Boyle, in the corner next his house, is buried a hidden treasure which is guarded by an eel. Many people dreamt of it, but they did not bother to look for it. They knew it could be got only while a certain part of the Mass was being read. Nobody ever had courage enough to look for it.
