It is believed that when there would be a storm on sea that if some of this clay was thrown out on the sea, that the storm would cease. Even yet, some people bring some of this clay with them when crossing water, from one country to another. This clay is to be got at a distance of one field from the road leading from Keadue to Ballyfarnon. It is situated about three miles from Bridge-Cartron School.(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
