    If a person who is ill with the jaundice goes to the jaundice well, which is convenient to Stonebridge and takes a drink of the water he is cured of his illness.
    Cure for whitlow
    Mr J. Suitor, newbliss has the only cure in this district for a whitlow, he puts a certain salve on the sore and bandages it. The whitlow is soon healed.
    Cure for sprain
    Mr Leonard, Greenans Cross, has a cure for a sprain, he rubs the sprain and repeats something to himself.
    Headache Cure
    Take tea without sugar or milk.
    Toothache Cure
    put a leaf of tobacco in the tooth.
