  1. A man named Peter Mc Kenn of Genagh Newbliss was preparing to build a new house. The house in which he lived was an old one the walls being made of mud and stones. He was 40 years of age and lived with an aged aunt. One day in June 1930 he came out intending to clean away an old wall which stood apart from the dwelling house.
