The first wish went in seeing the pounder, the second in putting it in her throat, and the third in taking it out.
There was a man working in Foulkscourt about twenty years ago. It was twelve o'clock one night when he returned home to Foulkscourt. When passing through the yard he saw a crowd of boys hurling with red jackets and caps on them. Foulkscourt mansion was then inhabited by Amoses.
