  1. Beetled Rushes make the best tying. It is home made. The rushes are pulled not cut. The longest are best. They are stept in water for about a week or more. They left them and spread them to dry. They are then beetled with a heavy stick. They twist them into ropes with the hand into the length of tyings that they want. These are made yet. It is called the "Thebarach", "Lurnacan" or "Puchawn".
    If a cow thieves there is a side-lang put on her. Her neck is tied to her front leg often. There is a cross tying put on one often. Two goats are often tied together with a "trawn" consisting of two rings of wire linked together.
