    monastery from his earliest infancy until he reached the age of ten years.
    The graveyard is surrounded by a high stone wall which shows all the signs of its ancient origin. It is oblong in shape and it is almost level although it is situated on the summit of a hill. There are two big sycamore trees growing at one side of the Cemetery.
    There is much Folklore attached to this Graveyard. It is said that St. Patrick blessed it. He meant to build a Chapel there, but his plans were upset by the Pagan owner of the land.
