    There was a well at Mealwood (Minakill) Jamestown, which is now dry.

    of it now, is a font, It was found by Mr. Kilroy when he was digging. The stone is there still but it does not get much respect now. In the summer water is put in it for cattle to drink out of! Father McKeon said Mass on it.
