The implements used by a blacksmith are hammers, sledges, pinchers, nails, a knife and a rasp.
The bellows are made of bacon and there is a chain joined on to it and when you pull it the wind blows the fire.
The blacksmiths shoe asses and horses but they do not shoe cattle.
They do not make ploughs, harrows, spades and shovels.
They make gates grates tongs, and repair plougs, harrows, mowing machines and bicycles.
The smiths puts rims on wheels in the open air.
My people never heard of any words or saying concerning the work of blacksmiths.
My people never of any use been made of forge water.
My people never heard of the smith having a right to anything more that others such as the head of every cow after it been killed.
