    That night they would have a wedding, and the boys of the vill(i)age, that would not be asked to the wedding, would dress up as straw-boys, and go into the wedding, looking for porter and something to eat.
    It is not lucky to get married on a Friday or Saturday. Monday for health, Tuesday for wealth, Wednesday the best day of all, Thursday for crosses, Friday for losses, and Saturday nothing at all.
    It is not lucky )to get married, on what-ever day the third day after Christmas falls on, for every week for that year, it is also not lucky to get married in May.
