  1. Long ago there used to be fairies in Ireland. They were supposed to be up in the mountains. I heard they were in Drung Glen.
    The fairies wore green coats and red caps. They were seen dancing and singing on the road.
    Sometimes the people thought that if they would go out and leave in a baby, that the fairies would take the good baby and leave a bad one. When the children would go out at night they were afraid of the fairies.
