    One time there was a neighbouring woman in the house and when she was going home the woman of the house left her over as far as her shed.

    One night a man was coming down from Parkmore and he found footsteps behind him and he found footsteps in front of him then the footsteps went away and sparks were seen coming out of the stones.

    Diarmuid and Graine were said to have been in Horn-head.

    Diarmuid and Grainne were said to have been in Horn head. It is said they had a bed (a be) in Horn head near the Ross and at the foot of Grainne Hill in Rosquill.
