Poll a madaidh ruaidh - a safe retreat for foxes. Lots of bones, wings, legs of lambs and sheep at mouth of hole.Foxes tongue used as a cure for burn, extracting thorn from foot.
Airc-sléibhe - rubbed on him cures it.
Rooster - blood of comb for festered sore.
Seal - oil used to cure sprains.
Hedgehog - Bristle cures toothache.
