    A man who had no eyes went out to view the skies, he saw a tree with apples on, he took no apples off, and he left no apples on. How many apples were on the tree:- Two apples.
    The beginning of Eternity, the end of time and place, the beginning of every end, and the end of every race:- The letter E.
    Why is an Irishman on a hill, like a scotchman in his kilt:- One is cold with the kilt and the other is killed with the cold. Little wood, little wire, little house, without a fire:- An umbrella.
    Why is a toffee like a racehorse:- The more you lick it the faster it goes. The older it grows the smaller it gets:- A candle.
