  1. There are a good many Weather Signs. This is one. It is said that if a cat turns her back to the fire that the weather will be wet. If a dog eats grass it is said that the weather will be wet. If starlings fly high in the sky in crowds, there will be snow. if the soot falls down the chimney that is the sign of rain.
