    west we know that rain will soon fall. If it is from north-west snow will come. The west wind brings most rain to the district. When the sky is red at night a storm is sure to come. The swallows if flying high are a good sign of fine weather, but when you see them flying low it is a sign of rain. When the cat turns his back to the fire people believe rain is not far off. The dog when he eats grass is a sure sign of rain. If there is dust on the roadway we can expect fine weather. When the
