  1. There are large quantities of potatoes sown in the country each year. Most of the farmers sow the same amount of potatoes each year. The potatoes are sown in lea-land and stubbles.
    In the month of November the potatoes intended for seed are put into a pit and covered with sods and soil.
    The farmers plough the land with a plough which is drawn by means of two horses. The land is ploughed into ridges. Five lines
