   "Lar Crahan" and "Pat Jordan" are two residents of this place and "Dixons" referred to is a public house owned by my father George Dixon.
   Kitty Quirke is an old woman who often keeps lodgers she still lives in the village..

   The Elections The following song was composed nearly forty years ago by Ned Leary who still lives here in Castlebridge. It was on the occasion of the first District Council Election ever held in this County.
