    One night Laurence Carey a native of Kilglass was coming home from a wake. He was crossing a field where there is a liss. He met a woman coming towards him with a bag on her back. She was so drooped he could not see her face and he said to himself "it wont be long until I will. Then he went out before her and looked into her face. Then she disappeared
