    Goose grease is a cure for swellings or stiff muscles.
    Celery seed boiled is a cure for rhumatism.
    Celery boiled as a vegetable is also a cure for rhumatism. Celery eaten raw is also good.
    Boiled nettles purify the blood.
    To keep a burn from blistering apply moist bread soda or butter or cold tea.
    A boil is cured by the application of a raw onion
    For a blister on the heed rub soap of it.
    For a corn put a little bit of fat bacon over it and leave it on till the corn gets soft.
    For sore eyes bathe in cold tea.
    A fasting spit if rubbed on sore eyes particularly if they are discharging is very good.
    A fasting spit is also good for wildfire
