ong ago the people used to eat three meals a day, they used to eat porridge in the morning, potatoes and butter milk at one o'clock and in the evening they used to eat oat meal cakes and fresh milk. They used to eat on a little talbe out in the middle of the floor when then were not using they use dto leave it outside the door.
Sometimes they used to buy fresh meat, sometimes they used to get fish for holidays and other holy days. They used to eat eggs on Easter Sunday sometimes they used to eat late at night. They used to have porringers first.
