Redden always gives local colour to his stories, and tells them with great detail.
A fourth story is about the lords daughter who could not decide which of three young men she should marry.
She sent them away to see which would get the most wonderful thing.
They got a magic chair which would bring one round the world in a second, a bottle- three drops from which would raise a dead person to live if not buried, a looking glass which would show whatever you wished to see
He heard all these stories from his father.
