    one Gloria, all the other members answering. Then they bless themselves again. A glass of water is then got. The head of the house takes it first. He takes three sips of the water saying while doing so in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. He passes it on to his wife who sits beside him and she takes her three sips. It is then passed round the table and each member of the family does likewise
