    There used be a fair in Scar long ago and there is still on the 11th of June.

    It wasn't long till half the Cogleys were laid out but the Guinifs fought away till dark and in the latter end no Cogleys flew and the Guinifs won the day, and they put on their coats and went home and their mother after them with the remainder of the sticks on her back and she placed these up in the chimney again and cut more and left them to season for the next big fight. Well that story now is as true as I'm sitting here.
