    a big purple Potatoe and when it is boiled it is very yellow. Before the potatoes are set the land has to be ploughed and then harrowed to take all the lumps of clay out of the land before the potatoes are set. When the farmer is first setting the potatoes he gets a knife and cuts the potatoes into two halfs and makes slips of them he then puts them in the ridges and gets the manure
