    If the Lord he pleased to bring me o'er,
    To seek promotion and look for labour. Since all things failed on the shamrock shore.
    If you have patience and fortune favours. To crown my labours believe what I say. I will return love with golden shore.
    And bring you over to America.
    When I am rolling on the ocean.
    Sweet Mollie dear you'll run in my mind.
    So do not mourn for I'll return.
    If you prove constant I will prove kind.
    Both gave consent and straight way they went.
    And they got married without delay.
    And its fifty pounds she did leave down.
    Any they both sailed set to America.
