    Long ago when men were working hard in harvest they would eat a feed of boxty for their breakfast and for their dinner hard oatmeal bread and butter.
    The Pancakes were made specially and Boxty was made specially for Halloween.
    The griddle was flat like a pan but it was much bigger and it had no edge all round it.
    Potatoe bread was made out of potatoe and was baked in an oven or on a pan.
    Indian meal dumplings were made out of indian meal and were baked in a oven
