    The Round O cf.p.2.3. There is a smaller ring inside the outer ring and the ground is slightly raised in the centre like [sketch].

    Barn-scalla
    The Danes are said to have been on these hills.
    Some of the fields are in ridges where once they were tilled with the spade.
    A field on this hill was called Barn-scalla - or skalla field.
