  1. "Falling Table"/"Talking Table." This consisted of three boards fastened together-length four feet and a half; breadth two feet six inches Supported by one leg in the centre. It was fastened by hinges to a wall and when not in use it was in a vertical position against wall and looked like a shutter or door of a press.
