  1. P prayers to be said before going to bed.
Here I lay me down to sleep I pray to God my soul to keep and if I die before I wake I pray to God my soul to take
There are four corners on this bed there are four angels on its spread. Mathew Mark Luke and John God bless the bed that I lie on.
Jesus the branch and Mary the flower Jesus sweet Jesus be with me this first and last hour where ever I go and where ever I be my heart and my soul I give up to the five bleeding wounds nailed to a tree. Merciful Jesus have mercy on me.
I throw myself into the hands of Jesus, and the twelve most powerful angels in heaven to save me and guard me at home and abroad within and without visible and invisible. Three the worst enemies the devil the world and the flesh.
