    Home made toys (continued).
Girls make dolls at home with rags and paper and with a potato. We put eyes in the potato and two holes for the nose and one for the mouth. We put the potato on two bits of sticks and put rags around the sticks.
Boys make tops from thread spools. They cut one side of the spool and a bit of a stick through it.
