    Then he asked him to get up behind him on the horse and it would not be long until he would leave him near home.
    After some time they came to a lovely house and the man on the horse brought him in to have tea.
    When they went in there was a great crowd there dancing and all amusements. They wanted him to dance but he would not.
    After some time the man said "I suppose you are tired you ought to come up stairs and I will show you your room."
    He went to bed and slept and when he awoke he found himself on the side of a big hill fifteen or sixteen miles away from his own home. This was the hill of Croghan (which you can see from the school window) which is in Offaly, about twenty miles from here.
