  1. There is a stray sod on the Hill of Maol one day a man went to the hill for a bundle of scallops. He went the shortest way he could and he meant to come back the same way. So when he had the scallops ready he put them up on his back. He meant to come home by Fagan's of Lickblay. So he came to Raheen and he met some man that knew him. The man asked him where he was going and he said he was going home by Fagan's. The man said he was far away from Fagan's. The stray man said he was going the right way and no one knows the way better than
