- (continued from previous page)mix the stuff that would be left in the cloth with the boiled potatoes to make it into a dough. You would then cut it into diamond squares and put it on the griddle. When it would be done you would eat it hot with plenty of butter. It would be very nice and sweet but it would be very sticky. My mother is able to make it and often saw it here in Coolronon up to 20 or 30 yrs ago.
