    up the wood. They heard the boys saying, "This one for you and that one for me." The old man and woman thought it was God and the devil separating the good souls from the bad. After a while the boys said, "Now we will go out fo the two that are outside the wall." The old people thought they meant themselves. They ran as fast as they could but fainted with fright when they reached the road.
    Of course the boys meant the two nuts they had lost when crossing the wall.
