Outstanding at my residence Raystown opposite my house there is a field called 'The Millers'.

    (continued from previous page)
gardens and every kind of trees growing in which there were lots of nice fruit such as plums in which they were six trees, there are some of them there still and they are very rich and plentiful people come from many parts to pluck them.
There is also a bush in that field called "The Lone Bush". There is also supposed to have been a soldier buried there, many people saw the visionn of him pointing a gun towards them. On one occassion a man died with the fright this happened many years ago in the time of the "Battle of the Rath.
No one ever attempted to cut this tree it is still to be seen in the centre of the field.
