    There was a big flour mill and a furze mill where the mill yard in Stamullen is now.

    There was a big flour mill and a furze mill where the mill yard in Stamullen is now. There were houses for workmen on the East side a dwelling house and meal stores on the West side. The owners name was Mr John Walsh who was killed by a train at Gormanstown station.
