    The swallow builds his nest in sheds or under the eaves of thatched houses. He builds with mud and hat, and the hen lays six eggs and hatches them for three weeks.
    The swallow goes away from us in the Winter to other warm lands, and comes home here in the Summer to lay her eggs and and to hatch them. Ireland must be the best place in which to rear a family.
