  1. 1. Boils:- Pour hot water into a bottle and after a while pour it out, and hold the bottle near the boil.
    2. Sore throat:- tie a stocking full with salt round the neck.
    3. Warts:- Boil dandelines and drink the juice.
    4. Scalds:- Wash the sore with buttermilk and bread soda.
    5. Burn:- Put lime and oil on it.
    6. Sty:- Make the sign of the cross with a gooseberry thorn before the eye.
    7. Bleeding nose:- put something cold at the back of the neck.
    8. Sore leg:- Put lisst and lukewarm water on the sore.
    9. Cuts:- Put cobwebs on the cut and after a week they disappeared
    10. Chilblains:- Rub sliced onions on them for three days, every morning and every night.
    11. Sting of a nettle:- Rub it well with a dalkin leaf.
