  2. Our churn is 27½ ins long and 1 foot 9 ins broad on top. When we are churning and anyone to come in they say "God bless the work". My mother and Esta does the churning and this is the way it is done by pulling the dash up and down.
    Twice a week we churn and the way we know when it is done is when the dash is clear.
