    their houses but before they could get there most of them were killed. Some of them got away but there was more in store for them. The houses and the temple were destroyed and the ground was split open. The people that got away from the burning lava were killed also and a tidal wave covered the city and that was the end of it. The place where it was is now covered by Carlingford Lough.
