  1. A long time ago there lived in Donaghmore a man named Mr Murray. One day he decided to plough his rushy field, but he had to cut the rushes before he could plough the field.
    One day he cut all except ones that grew on a little hill in the middle of the field. The next day he cut the remainder of the rushes.
    It seems that fairies lived in this hill, because they came to his house and they took him away. The neighbours didn't see him for seven years. When he came back they nicknamed him Fairy Murray.
