    In this locality:-
    1. Marriages take place only on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
    2. It is very unlucky if a corpse is in church during ceremony.
    3. It is very unlucky if wedding procession meets a funeral.
    4. It is very unlucky if bride fits ring or even looks at same before wedding ceremony.
    5. Before setting out for Church the bridesgroom's party visits the house of bride and united parties proceed together to church.
    6. In wedding procession to Church the bridesgroom's carriage is first and the bride's last.
