One night there was a Gragaugh man coming home from somewhere very far away.

One night there was a Gragaugh man coming home from somewhere very far away. It was about midnight and very dark. When he was passing the "Two Trees" - a cross in Wilford where two trees grow in the middle of the road -he saw six turkey cocks strutting around the road. He was very frightened, but did not know that they were ghosts. He heard afterwards that the place was haunted. He never passed the "Two Trees" again.
