    Chin Cough
    (a) Go out before your breakfast and dig a sod. Pick the red worms from the sod and boil them in new milk. Give the milk to the children to drink.
    (b) Creep out under a white horses belly.
    (c) Boil the thalice-weed and drink the water.
    (d) The milk that the ferret leaves after him is a certain cure. (People often come to my house for "ferrets milk".
    (e) The blood of a black cat.
    (f) Skin a mouse and boil him.
    Measles : A sure cure is sheeps' droppings boiled in new milk. Strain the milk and give it to the child to drink.
    Worms: (a) For worms in children mix a little ordinary gunpowder with sugar and give to the child. I myself knew a child that this killed but I know hundreds who were cured by it.
