    There is gold said to be buried on the Galtees.

    Co. Limerick and in the Barony of Coshlea and in this place are some of the finest liosanna that could be found at the present day. Its rather a pity that this fact is not looked up).
    The following are the liosanna in the district -
    1. George Martin's lios in Ballyduff, which is in George Martin's field.
    It was said this was the king's lios.
    2. Tom Kiely's lios in Tom Kiely's farm Anglesboro Lower, Mitchelstown, Co. Limerick, barony of Coshlea.
    3. Paddy Green Mahony's lios in his farm in Ballyfaskin, Ballylanders Co. Limerick which has steps leading down to it.
    4. Michael O' Briens lios on his farm in Barnagurraha, Anglesboro in which is still to be seen Paradise well that removed from Paradise hill when the woman washed her clothes in it.
    6. Paddy (Spider) Mullins lios on his farm, formerly held by Mrs. Mary Lynch mother of the late General
