  1. Thrush was by a person bom after the death of the father blowing into the sore mouth. Whooping cough was cured by putting a frog into the mounth, or by making the child walk under a white horse.
    Some kind of a herb (of a cup like shape) boilde in milk was used to cure whooping cough.
    Dogs were made lick sores to clean them out and cure them. A leaf called the Dilleógín Pádraig was used on sores. A cobweb was used on cuts it was supposed to stop them from bleeding.
